Find a repair centre close. I had a Kodak 35mm scanner that took much better quality scans, but couldn't feed well and developed a hot pixel streak. Other that that, it's a pretty good scanner.

I use this for scanning mostly 8 x11 documents but I tried scanning a business card the other day. It takes about 20 seconds per frame and with rolls and rolls of film my project will take a while. For me it is 490 on scanning slides and negatives, but excellent for flatbed stuff. The feeder works almost everytime.
